EVEN IF YOU'RE LITTLE YOU CAN DO A LOT

What a production filled day we have had!
This morning we were lucky enough to meet up with our cousin (almost!) Amy, who scored us tickets to Dr. Oz! It was super interesting, though I'm now afraid of getting blood clots...and definitely not going vegan haha!
The best bit was definitely seeing Amy and getting to talk about all the shows we had seen and were planning to see. Hopefully we'll be catching up again soon on the other side of the world :)

Lunch = Juniors Most Fabulous Cheesecake
...yeah we ate a whole one each, and LOVED it!
You might spy a ticket envelope in my hand, we scored $40 tickets to Phantom of the Opera (it pays to treat the box office nicely) only an hour before the show.
We joined the line on the street in the freezing wind, but didn't have to wait too long before we were inside the Majestic Theatre. It truly is Majestic, and the perfect theatre for such a powerful show. Everyone was phenomenal, and yet again it left me heartbroken for the Phantom.
Straight out of Phantom we walked past Mamma Mia to Matilda (yes, they're all in a row) to enter the Lottery. Fingers crossed..Brittany Hedrick! Woohooo! Nath's name was the very next one called after mine! Such luck, but because I had tickets for us we were able to let them go for someone else,  Nath got the biggest cheer I have ever heard at a lottery!
We grabbed some quick take away for dinner and got to the show (for only $27 each!)
It blew our mind!
Matilda has officially qualified as my almost favourite show ever
(don't get too worried Wicked you are still holding on...just)
The choreography was incredible and every ensemble member, who 'even though they're little they can do a lot' were absolutely perfect. So sharp and neat and full of energy! The set was super and the stage was used in so effectively in every scene. Ahhh wow. We are still recovering! The characters were so impeccably portrayed they had us gasping in awe, crying with laughter and just flat out crying.
Hopefully we get to experience the magic again...after all sometimes you have to be a little bit, naughty.
