BIG

Good morning from Alice's Wonderland!
This morning we had a delicious breakfast under this dreamy chandelier at Alice's Tea Cup (yes, again!)
Getting up early has its perks, as we actually got breakfast this time! Previously we've slept in a little too late...but even the freezing temperatures couldn't keep us away. No snow, but it was still well below zero, but once you're inside with a cup of tea...nothing else matters!
That is until you finish...we decided staying inside was best, and because it was a Monday we hit up F.A.O Schwartz with all the other 'big kids'
This is a giant gummy bear.
I literally needed to hold it with two hands because it weighed so much!
We stumbled upon some 'Big' magic and couldn't resist Zoltar
I'll let you know if either one of us wakes up as Tom Hanks..though our wishes might have been a little different from his.
Life size Lego Batman! I can't believe people have the time to make these! I wonder how much they get paid...
In the book section we found an excellent Lego (I sense a theme) guide to New York featuring:
NATHAN'S HOT DOG
'When Broadway knows your name, you know that you're a star'
hehe.
They had a popcorn machine making the whole store smell AMAZING, eventually we sniffed our way there and spoilt ourselves. Being a big kid has its advantages.
In the Barbie section we found Elphaba! Who is incorrectly labeled as 'The Wicked Witch of the West" though she does look much prettier as a 'Barbie' than most other dolls I have found.
We briefly braved the cold outside the Rockefeller Centre, where we were lucky enough to score a rink-side position, giving us a perfect view of those ice-skating below. Hilarious. So many people stacking it in such a short amount of time...a thousand times more entertaining than Funniest Home Videos!
 Oh Christmas Tree <3
Not long after the sun went down, the party was starting in Times Square...champagne anyone?
Unfortunately they moved it during this photo as it is for New Years in New York...now I wonder how those wishes are coming along...
Dinnertime!
Calzones for us...even though we don't actually know how to pronounce them, they were yummy!

Back up 5th Avenue and home for the night. Fingers crossed we get Spiderman tickets tomorrow! After all 'third times a charm' but we would appreciate all the luck from now on, time is catching up on us!
Goodnight
